Competenze

• Post-graduate diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• At least 3 years in Securities with exposure to Corporate Actions.
• Excellent English for business communication.
• Ability to learn quickly and handle MI reporting.

• Lead to ensure high customer service standards and monitor service quality.
• Identify and resolve problems to maximise customer satisfaction and escalate when needed.
• Assess operational risk and implement mitigating plans with contingency readiness.
• Plan cross-training to balance global contingencies with staffing needs.
• Coach team members on operational activities to ensure coverage of all tasks.
• Communicate best practices across teams to optimise resource use and multi-skill operation.
• Produce, analyse, and interpret MI for the Global Reporting team.
