Deutsche Bank AG in Malaysia is seeking a Branch Operation Analyst for Corporate Actions to support end-to-end processing, reconciliation and risk controls during peak season. You will drive process improvements, explore AI-enabled automation, and partner with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely actions while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in financial services operations preferred; fresh graduates with high aptitude considered.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with detail-orientation.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end processing of corporate actions for local and foreign markets.
• Monitor and validate corporate action announcements from data sources.
• Ensure timely instruction capture, election submission, and entitlement calculations.
• Daily reconciliations of positions, cash, and entitlements; investigate and resolve breaks.
• Escalate risks or bottlenecks to management.
