Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in financial services operations
• Fresh graduates with finance/accounting background are welcome
• Strong English communication skills are essential

• Good analytical and critical-thinking abilities to investigate issues
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder communication
• Knowledge of mutual fund operations or corporate actions is a plus

Responsibilities

• Validate and review corporate action information for accurate processing
• Liaise with external transfer agents and fund managers on corporate action matters
• Coordinate with reconciliation, cash, client representative, and other teams for end-to-end processing
• Respond to ad-hoc queries with investigation, follow-up and escalation as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, including automation
• Assess non-standard/exception-based processes with risk controls
• Ensure activities are completed accurately within agreed timelines
• Support other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
