Job summary

FNZ is seeking a Corporate Actions Analyst to join our Investment Operations team in Kuala Lumpur. The role spans processing corporate actions across equities, funds and fixed income, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness and clear stakeholder communication.

You will research action details with custodians and managers, reconcile holdings, and support process improvements while collaborating with technology teams to automate workflows and ensure service levels.

Qualifications

• Interest in financial markets, investment operations or corporate actions.
• Experience in financial services, custody, or fund administration is a plus.
• Strong Excel and general IT skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Process a broad range of corporate actions across equities, funds and fixed income.
• Manage events such as dividends, rights issues and stock splits with accuracy.
• Research action details from custodians and market data providers.
• Reconcile holdings and monitor stock and cash accounts for discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve processes and automation.
• Support the FNZ NZ core business across the NZ market time zone.
