Job summary

Citi in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Asset Servicing Analyst 1 to support reconciliation and processing of positions related to Corporate Action and Proxy events. You will assist in communications revisions and postings under supervision, contributing to timely, accurate operations.

The role emphasizes developing functional knowledge, teamwork, and adherence to audit controls, with opportunities to engage in process improvements and new product initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ Years Related Experience
• Individuals at this level exhibit basic executional capabilities and are beginning to take on more responsibility
• Knowledge of multiple types of investment instruments including: Equity securities, Fixed Income and Asset Backed securities
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access- is desired)
• Proven success as a team player

Responsibilities

• This role will manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events
• Revisions of communications, notifications and facilitating postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events
• Supports a range of products/services and projects in accordance with established systems and procedures
• Responsible for routine operational tasks focused on administering defined procedures, analyses and report preparation
• Performs multiple transactions of moderate complexity
• Applies analytical thinking and data analysis to identify process improvements and support projects
• Interprets data and contributes to recommendations for process improvement or new products/ services
