FNZ (UK) Ltd is seeking a Corporate Actions Analyst in Kuala Lumpur to process events across equities, funds and fixed income, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for a global client base.

You will research data from custodians and exchanges, reconcile holdings, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements and automation in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

• Strong interest in financial markets and corporate actions.

Mansioni

• Process a broad range of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions across equities, managed funds and fixed interest products.
• Manage events such as dividend and coupon payments, fund closures, rights issues, takeovers, stock splits, conversions and share purchase plans.
• Ensure all corporate actions are completed accurately within service levels and deadlines.
• Research and source corporate action information from custodians, fund managers, market data providers and exchange announcements.
• Reconcile client holdings against agent and custodian records to ensure accurate event processing.
• Maintain and monitor internal stock and cash control accounts, resolving discrepancies.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication of corporate action information.
• Build relationships with external parties including fund managers, custodians, brokers and market participants.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency, controls, and client outcomes.
• Work with technology teams to support system enhancements and automation of processing.
• Support FNZ’s NZ core business across NZ market time zone.
