Job summary

Solid Point Precision Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a capable HR Assistant to support finance and HR tasks. You will prepare invoices, process payments, record expenses, and help with payroll calculations.

The role also covers maintaining employee records, recruitment coordination, onboarding documents, attendance tracking, and work-permit processes for foreign staff, all in a collaborative team setting. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred for Mandarin-speaking communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance / HR is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Professional attitude and presentation at all times.
• Basic understanding of office management systems and practices.
• Preferably fluent in Mandarin to support communication with Mandarin-speaking customers.
