Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking a Finance Executive cum Admin in Kuala Lumpur to manage daily financial documentation, invoicing, and administrative operations. This role bridges finance, sales and logistics to ensure accurate records and smooth processes.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of finance/ accounts experience, fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, and holds a Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business. 14 days leave and medical allowance are provided.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in finance or accounts.
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
SPM, Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or related field.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Annual leave: 14 days
Outpatient medical: RM100 per visit (capped at RM500/year)

Responsibilities

Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and delivery orders.
Manage Statements of Accounts (SOA) and track receivables.
Monitor payments and follow up on outstanding accounts.
Maintain financial records in line with group policies.
Provide monthly finance reports to Group Finance (Singapore HQ).
Maintain order, customer, and delivery records.
Support sales team with order forms, stock coordination, and customer service tasks.
Liaise with logistics partners for timely deliveries.
Handle office admin duties: petty cash, supplies, and local service providers.
Assist with basic inventory reconciliation, especially during promotions.
