Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy required with 3+ years of experience.

• Excellent Excel skills and good command of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Carry out monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, petty cash, debtors and creditors.
• Manage incoming payments: invoicing, data input, delinquency reporting and cash receipts.
• Process accounts payable accurately and coordinate timely payments.
• Liaise with sales on invoicing and payments; monitor inventory levels with warehouse.
• Update reporting templates and provide admin support to the Owner and other functions.
• Maintain processes with methodical, detail-oriented approach and multitask as required.
