Anverson Media Corp Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Finance and Administration Executive. The role requires handling bank reconciliations, invoicing, data input, and timely payments, while coordinating with sales and warehouse teams. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Accountancy, at least 3 years experience, and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy required with 3+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent Excel skills and good command of MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Carry out monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, petty cash, debtors and creditors.
• Manage incoming payments: invoicing, data input, delinquency reporting and cash receipts.
• Process accounts payable accurately and coordinate timely payments.
• Liaise with sales on invoicing and payments; monitor inventory levels with warehouse.
• Update reporting templates and provide admin support to the Owner and other functions.
• Maintain processes with methodical, detail-oriented approach and multitask as required.
