Job summary

You will support Project Managers with resource coordination, schedules, budgets and stakeholder communications, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is maintained.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or Accounting preferred), 1–2 years in project coordination, strong presentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Oracle and Pascal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Accounting is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination.
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project-related tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with coordination of resources, equipment, meetings and information.
• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings and prepare materials.
• Ensure project deadlines are met and documentation is maintained.
