Job summary

REAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a capable full-time project coordinator with strong Primavera P6 and MS Project skills to support data centre and MEP programs. The role emphasizes collaboration, cross-team coordination, and proactive management of multiple projects.

You will develop executive dashboards, review BoQ-based programmes, and ensure documentation is stored in cloud-based systems. Shortlisted candidates will undergo a practical assessment as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Centre (DC) and MEP background is advantageous.
• Minimum years of experience since graduation: 7.
• Proficiency with cloud-based documentation and storage solutions and PM tools.
• Bonus: P6 Advanced Certificate and related 4IR credentials.

Responsibilities

• Team player and avoid working in silos.
• Manage and monitor more than 2 projects simultaneously.
• Produce Executive summary dashboards for reporting.
• Produce programmes from BoQ and review construction drawings.
