Job summary

Penulaju Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Assistant Project Coordinator in Sabah to support engineers by coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers, and to track project progress to meet timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (oral and written).
• At least 2 years experience in project management and related field.
• Self-motivated, reliable with good communication skills.
• Willing to travel/outstation if required and able to work under minimum supervision and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in communicating and coordinating with clients/consultants/subcontractors/vendors/suppliers and tracking the assigned project to match the required timeline.
• Carry out other duties/ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the company.
