Job summary

An organization in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive project coordinator to support daily project activities with engineers and managers. You will manage tasks, documentation, BOMs, and logistics, ensuring accurate issuance of PRs and POs while coordinating prototype builds and product qualifications.

The role requires a relevant engineering or related degree, strong MS Office skills, independent work capability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset to deliver high-quality results on time.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Bachelor's or Diploma in a related engineering or business field with experience.
• Ability to craft prompts and validate AI outputs for daily workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers and project managers to support daily project activities.
• Execute tasks assigned by the project manager in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain project documentation and coordinate logistics, ECOs and MCOs.
• Manage BOMs and component inventory records.
• Submit PRs, track POs, and support project coordination activities.
• Coordinate prototype builds and product qualification requests.
• Create and maintain new component part numbers; familiarity with electronic attributes helps.
• Collaborate with PCB Design, Test Engineering, Compliance, Manufacturing and stakeholders.
• Foster teamwork and clear communication across R&D and manufacturing.
