• Respond to emergency outages and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Interpret technical drawings and schematics to diagnose faults and perform hardware repairs.
• Collaborate with local technical teams and global units to drive long-term corrective solutions.
• Serve as technical liaison between regional customers and headquarters.
• Travel regionally for product training and process support.
