• Document all service activities and maintain records.
• Provide technical advice on equipment operation and best practices.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineering teams when needed.
• Travel to customer sites to deliver on-site support and training.

About the role
We are seeking a Service Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional technical support and maintenance services. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our advanced engineering solutions, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and our company's reputation for excellence in field engineering services.

What you'll be doing

Install and commission equipment and systems at customer sites, ensuring all installations meet technical specifications and quality standards

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on installed systems to minimise downtime and extend equipment lifespan

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems using diagnostic tools and engineering knowledge

Respond promptly to service calls and customer requests, providing timely and effective solutions

Document all service activities, including maintenance records, repairs completed, and any issues encountered

Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide technical advice on equipment operation and best practices

Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineering teams when necessary

Maintain service equipment and tools in proper working condition

Travel to customer sites as required to deliver on-site support and training

Requirement:

Fluent English & Chinese as working language

Must accept domenitc / international travel up to 60%
