Job summary

Ked Tech Pte Ltd is seeking a talented Field Service Engineer to join our growing team in Johor Bahru, Johor. The role is full-time and involves on-site technical support, maintenance for cleaning equipment, and on-site client training to ensure smooth operation.

Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering and at least 2 years of field service experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites (regional & overseas).
• Able to communicate in English, Malay and Chinese (liaise with China counterpart).

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of cleaning equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the proper use and care of our cleaning machine.
• Maintain detailed records of all service activities and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.

What you'll be doing
