Job summary

Ked Tech Pte Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team on Penang Island, Penang. This full-time role focuses on on-site technical support and maintenance for our cleaning equipment and systems to ensure smooth operation.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, train clients on proper use, and maintain detailed service records, while collaborating with engineering on improvements and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites (regional & overseas) and work flexible hours as needed.
• Able to communicate in English, Malay and Chinese (is a must to liaise with China counterpart).
