Job summary

Home Of Industrial Ideas is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Malaysia to deliver frontline support for Edwards products. You will install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot equipment, while collaborating with the sales team on technical information.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in related engineering industry or technical role involving direct contact with customers.
• Fresh graduates with engineering certificates will be considered.
• Strong customer focus to ensure solutions meet expectations and timelines in line with Edwards strategies.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot Edwards products.
• Adhere to defined work processes, risk assessments and SOPs.
• Perform software setup, operation, maintenance and basic analytics; provide fault-finding and troubleshooting support.
• Provide detailed feedback and concise reports to supervisor for informed decisions.
• Work in standby or shift patterns to meet 24/7 contractual commitments.
