Job summary

Ecosys Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support and equipment servicing for our customers in Malaysia.

You will combine mechanical and electrical expertise with strong communication to deliver solutions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain customer satisfaction. This role offers hands-on field service experience with opportunities for career advancement. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in engineering, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of engineering experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting with ability to independently test, service and repair equipment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, maintenance, repair, and testing of equipment at customer sites; attend to technical issues on-site or remotely.
• Collect technical data, compile detailed service reports, and apply diagnostic techniques to isolate and resolve malfunctions.
• Assess problem severity, determine corrective actions, and elevate appropriately.
• Address customer needs through clear communication and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Share technical knowledge to support continuous improvement and product training needs.
