Job summary

Talent Recruit in Penang, Malaysia seeks a driven Field Sales professional to cover a defined area, drive profitable orders, and build lasting customer relationships. You will report to the Sales Manager or Team Lead and execute strategies to meet annual targets through consultative selling.

The role emphasizes visiting customers, evaluating quotations, and expanding the customer base while maintaining CRM records and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Equivalent level of knowledge and competency for consultative selling.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Valid driving license and access to a car.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, F&B, Palm Oil, Oleochemical & Chemical, General Industry, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industries is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Cover the assigned area and be responsible for all sales activities involving customers in that area.
• Report to the Sales Manager/Sales Team Lead.
• Generate profitable orders and meet or exceed annual sales targets through consultative selling.
• Implement sales strategies as directed by Management.
• Develop understanding of the industrial base and market activities to identify opportunities.
