Job summary

MEP Enviro Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Penang site. You will coordinate activities, ensure safety compliance, and manage documentation for waste management processes.

The role requires independence, reliability, and clear communication, with opportunities for career development, medical coverage, and uniform/Safety gear provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in site supervision or waste management is an advantage.
• Familiar with safety practices and permit systems.
• Responsible, able to work independently, and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and activities.
• Ensure compliance with RBA and site requirements.
• Monitor waste weighing progress and documentation.
• Arrange site activities, lorry scheduling, and equipment usage.
• Monitor workers’ attendance, permits, and conduct safety briefings.
• Handle customer issues and complaints professionally.
• Managing customs clearance and FTZ operations, including documentation, compliance, and coordination with relevant authorities.

Job Requirements:
