Safetyware Group is seeking an outdoor sales professional in Penang to identify and develop new business opportunities, visit customers, and promote company products and services. You will build relationships with customers, dealers, and partners while presenting solutions tailored to their needs.

You will manage quotations, follow up on enquiries, and strive to achieve sales targets. Willingness to travel for customer visits and maintaining CRM records are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Outdoor sales, business development experience is advantageous.
• Mandarin communication is an added advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with ability to build long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel for customer visits.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic sales/CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outdoor sales activities
• Visit existing and potential customers to promote company products and services
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and provide suitable solutions based on customer needs
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow up on customer enquiries and orders
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
• Follow up on leads, sales opportunities, and potential projects
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales Administration, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and sales pipeline
