Safetyware Group is seeking a proactive outdoor sales professional to identify and develop new business opportunities in Batu Pahat, Johor. You will visit customers, promote products, and build strong relationships with dealers and partners.

The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to travel and manage a sales pipeline. Mandarin is an added advantage for client engagement.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Outdoor sales experience is advantageous.
• Mandarin language ability is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outdoor sales activities.
• Visit existing and potential customers to promote company products and services.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and provide suitable solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow up on customer enquiries and orders.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
• Follow up on leads, sales opportunities, and potential projects.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales Administration, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and sales pipeline.
