Job summary

Safetyware Group is seeking an outdoor sales professional to identify and develop new business opportunities across Malaysia. You will visit existing and potential customers to promote company products and services, build relationships with customers, dealers and partners, and present solutions tailored to customer needs.

The role requires a diploma or degree in business, marketing or sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to travel for customer visits, and reliable use

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience in outdoor sales or business development is an advantage.
• Mandarin language skills are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outdoor sales activities.
• Visit existing and potential customers to promote company products and services.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and provide suitable solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow up on customer enquiries and orders.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
• Follow up on leads, sales opportunities, and potential projects.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales Administration, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and sales pipeline.
