Job summary

Talent Trader Group in Malaysia is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive for PPE & OSH Solutions. Based in Subang, Selangor or Johor Bahru, you will drive B2B client acquisition, conduct field visits to industrial sites, and close PPE/OSH contracts.

You will manage end-to-end sales—from prospecting to quotes, contract negotiations, and order fulfillment with logistics and finance—aiming to meet monthly revenue targets. Proficiency with CRM and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on B2B outdoor sales or key account management experience.
• Diplomas or Degrees in Business, Marketing, OSH, or related fields.
• Valid driving license and own transport for field visits.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and visit industrial clients to secure PPE/OSH contracts.
• Present OSH solutions and quote pricing; negotiate terms.
• Coordinate orders with logistics and finance; maintain CRM records.
