Hilti (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking an Account Manager to build strong customer relationships on construction sites, deliver product demonstrations, and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.

The role is full-time and based in Johor Bahru, requiring a minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to meet targets. Travel within the territory is expected; Mandarin is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or building materials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle queries and concerns effectively.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with a minimum of 8 customers daily at construction sites to build relationships and provide on-the-ground support.
• Conduct at least one product demonstration daily to showcase Hilti solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and service.
• Participate in sales planning and strategy development to drive growth.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Hilti offerings.
