Hilti (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Account Manager in Penang to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships on construction sites. You will conduct product demonstrations, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure top-tier service.

The role requires at least 3 years in sales within construction or building materials, excellent communication, negotiation skills, and willingness to travel across the territory.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in construction or building materials preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with a minimum of 8 customers daily at construction sites.
• Conduct at least one product demonstration per day.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery and service.
• Participate in sales planning and strategy development.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Hilti offerings.
• Travel within assigned territory as required.
