Job summary

Hilti (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Specification Engineer based in KV and Sarawak to drive project specifications through field visits, seminars, and close collaboration with engineers, architects, and contractors.

You will support the sales team with technical specifications, provide training on Hilti software and services, and promote Hilti digital resources across projects and accounts in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Engineering from any discipline.
• English proficiency is essential and strong communication skills are required.
• Experience in collaborating with engineers, architects or contractors is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Visit engineering and architectural firms, offices, and construction sites to identify Hilti specification opportunities.
• Conduct seminars for engineers, architects, and contractors to raise awareness of Hilti products and services.
• Support the sales team by focusing on project specifications and communicating them in Salesforce.
• Provide technical support and training on Hilti software, services and products to clients and colleagues.
• Explain Hilti digital resources and their use to stakeholders and assist in marketing efforts.
