Hilti (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Account Manager in Sarawak to drive business growth and build strong customer relationships at construction sites. You will perform on-site demos, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related field, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel within the territory. A company car and training support are provided.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or civil engineering; MBA a plus.
• Fresh graduates welcome with passion for commercial/sales in construction materials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and valid driver's license.
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with a minimum of 8 customers daily at construction sites to build relationships and provide on-the-ground support.
• Conduct at least one product demonstration per day to showcase Hilti solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and excellent customer service.
• Participate in sales planning and strategy development to grow the business.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends and Hilti product offerings.
