Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Proficient communication, presentation and negotiation skills are required.
• CAD, PLC, machine vision or robotics knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Understand customer requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits, technical assessments and feasibility studies.
• Recommend customised robotic and automation solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Present automation solutions to customers and decision-makers.
• Manage the complete sales process, from initial enquiry to successful project closing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams for successful project implementation.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
