Randstad Malaysia in Johor Bahru is seeking a strategic sales professional to expand market coverage in the Southern Region, driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and delivering high-value sensor and automation solutions to key industrial clients.

You will work with local channel partners and direct accounts to secure orders, coordinate with internal teams for technical support, monitor market trends, and contribute to localized marketing and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or Instrument Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Industrial/Factory Automation.
• Strong technical knowledge of sensors, PLCs, safety systems or machine vision.
• Experience with Food & Beverage or Manufacturing sector is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities across industrial, logistics, and factory automation sectors.

Skills & Experience Required

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or Instrument Engineering.

• Good technical knowledge of sensors, PLCs, safety systems, or machine vision.

• Previous sales exposure to the Food & Beverage or Manufacturing sector is a plus.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable with regular client visits within the region.
