Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in engineering or equivalent with experience in facilities or property management, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills to work with key client representatives.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in engineering, facilities management or related field.
• Experience working in building management is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site facilities operation and deliver services per Client SLA.
• Establish and roll out Building Employment services procedures for site staff.
• Coordinate with in-house/contract vendors to meet SLA and safety standards.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance and minor projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth delivery of programs and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and JLL audit programs.
• Emergency 24/7 call support and incident reporting with fault analysis.
