Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager for our Bayan Lepas, Malaysia site. You will manage site facilities operations, align with the management contract, and lead cost-improvement initiatives while ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields and at least five years in facilities/property management, with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or facilities management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site facilities operations and ensure KPI/SLA targets.
• Manage in-house and contract vendors to deliver services.
• Develop and implement cost-reduction and continuous improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and respond to incidents 24/7.
