Job summary

JLL Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead workplace operations at our Malaysia site. You will ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality workplace experience, while building strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.

You will oversee the Workplace team, drive service excellence, manage budgets, and implement continuous improvements in energy, safety, and operational efficiency both day-to-day and during projects.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in facilities management/workplace operations
• 2–3 years of people-management or supervisory experience
• Relevant degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering or related discipline
• Proven experience managing workplace operations, vendors and service providers with SLA/KPI performance

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workplace and facilities operations ensuring safe, reliable service delivery
• Act as the primary site-level point of contact for workplace and facilities matters
• Drive service excellence by addressing feedback and initiating improvements
• Manage vendors, budgets, and OPEX while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management
