Job summary

International Real Estate Partners is seeking a Facility Coordinator based in Malaysia to ensure delivery of facilities management services per contractual commitments. The role focuses on providing a positive client experience at the workplace and supporting the facilities organization across a facility or campus.

You will serve as the primary liaison for employees and visitors, coordinate with the Facilities Manager on daily operations, and help manage budgets, procurement, and KPI reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional certification.
• Experience in facilities management and building operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain a pleasant demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations to ensure services meet the service agreement and company/client standards.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, providing friendly service.
• Report to Facility Manager on daily O&M status, cleaning, energy management and KPIs.
• Review maintenance practices of M&E contractors to ensure quality and adherence to manufacturer recommendations.
• Ensure contractors follow house rules and minimize disruption to the client.
• Support budget preparation and assist with vendor invoices and approvals.
