Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facility Coordinator in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to support the Facilities Manager and FM team in delivering site-based facilities management and workplace services. The role involves coordinating compliance, safety, maintenance, supplier relationships, and reporting for the assigned site.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in customer-facing roles, strong communication skills, and a track record of working with high-performing teams.

Qualificações

• 2+ years’ experience in customer facing / customer-service role/s
• Good written and oral communication and presentation skills (ideally multi-lingual)
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills (ideally multi-lingual)
• Demonstrable great experience with high-performing teams

Responsabilidades

• Assist FM team to keep portfolio compliant with laws, regulations, policies and guidelines.
• Assist FM team to keep portfolio safe, healthy and well-maintained per project requirements.
• Respond to risks, hazards, incidents, and emergencies as needed within delegated authority.
• Assist with delivering Site Facilities Management and Operations Plan including inspections and maintenance.
• Manage downstream supply-chain for in-scope services and supplies and supplier relationships.
• Prepare and present facilities and site-related management reporting for internal and client-facing purposes.
• Prepare budget estimation, tracking, and reporting of actuals and budgets (OPEX/CAPEX).
• Prepare work-orders, purchase-requests/po-orders and support goods receipt and payments.
• Assist with facilities administration and documentation control including storage and retrieval of manuals and drawings.
• Maintain high-level Customer Engagement with stakeholder groups.
• Carry out other tasks as needed by the business.
