Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance activities and site infrastructure in Malaysia. The role requires coordinating preventive maintenance, repairs, contractors and service providers to ensure reliable operations.

You will prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs and maintenance records, support audits, and produce regular reports using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in facilities management, maintenance or manufacturing operations.
• Strong documentation, reporting and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance activities and SOP documentation.
• Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance activities and site infrastructure.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, contractors and service providers.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, maintenance records and operational reports.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation, records and compliance requirements are properly maintained.
• Prepare reports, presentations and documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Monitor facilities performance, identify improvement opportunities and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure facilities activities comply with company policies, safety standards and relevant regulations.
