Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Facility Coordinator to support the Facilities Manager with site-based facilities management and workplace services. You will coordinate maintenance, safety, and compliance to ensure smooth operations at the assigned site.

You will liaise with suppliers, prepare work orders and budgets, and contribute to customer engagement while upholding health and safety standards. This is an on-site role with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in customer facing / customer-service role(s).
• Good written and oral communication and presentation skills (ideally multi-lingual).
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills (ideally multi-lingual).
• Demonstrable great experience with high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Support FM team to keep portfolio compliant with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Keep portfolio safe, well-maintained, and aligned with project requirements.
• Respond promptly to risks, hazards, incidents, and emergencies within delegated authority.
• Assist with delivery of Site Facilities Management and Operations Plan and maintenance.
• Manage downstream supply-chain for services and supplier relationships.
• Prepare and present facilities and site management reporting including budgets.
• Prepare work-orders, purchase requests, and supplier payments processes.
• Maintain facilities documentation and records.
