Job summary

Sepadu Group seeks a Facilities Coordinator (Maintenance) to oversee day-to-day facility operations and routine building maintenance in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves technician dispatch, vendor management, and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment for staff and visitors.

You will coordinate maintenance tasks, monitor technician workloads, and report on performance and safety. A Diploma or Degree in a related field with 2–4 years of experience and CMMS familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of facility maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with CMMS or ticketing tools and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, delegation, reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delegate and schedule daily maintenance tasks to on-site technicians and maintenance workers.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security systems and office equipment.
• Prepare maintenance reports, incident logs and service histories; process work orders and invoices.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance with local regulations; assist in drills and safety equipment management.
