Job summary

Servay Evergreen Sdn Bhd in Sabah is seeking a detail-focused Warehouse Receiving Clerk to manage inbound goods, verify documents, and update stock records.

You will work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, ensure proper put-away, and support inventories in SAP or WMS, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure quantity and quality match purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Verify delivery orders, invoices, and other receiving documentation.
• Record and update received stock accurately in SAP, WMS, or other inventory systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments regarding deliveries and discrepancies.
• Report damaged, short-shipped, or incorrect items and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and put-away of received goods according to warehouse procedures.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and filing of documents.
• Support stock counting, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
