Job summary

As a F&B Supervisor, you will support the Outlet Manager in ensuring production consistency, operational efficiency, and food quality across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Team Management

• Oversee the daily operations and workflow of the F&B department within the store.
• Assist in staff scheduling, manpower planning, onboarding, and training.
• Ensure smooth coordination between front of house, kitchen, and store operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and operational readiness of the department.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, receiving of goods, and stock replenishment.
• Arrange and maintain grab-and-go displays to ensure product availability and presentation standards.
• Support cost control initiatives, wastage management, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other drinks according to company standards.
• Prepare simple food items and support basic food preparation and cooking when required.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards across all food and beverage offerings.
• Operate café equipment safely and ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness.

Quality & Food Safety

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain proper food handling, storage, cleaning, and sanitation standards.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure quality and freshness of products.

Customer Service

• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalised customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to a welcoming community environment.
• Support the team in maintaining service standards during peak periods.

What are we looking for :

• Candidates must possess at least SPM.
• Minimum 3–5 years of barista experience or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle food and beverages.
• Comfortable working in a busy, sometimes noisy environment.
