Job summary

Grandmama's in Kuala Lumpur seeks a dedicated F&B Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations in Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley. You will supervise staff, ensure excellent service and support the Restaurant Manager in achieving business goals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
