Shu Yi Tea (MV) Sdn. Bhd. invites applications for entry-level positions in its Kuala Lumpur beverage service team. No experience required; training will be provided to learn beverage preparation, customer service, POS operation, and daily store duties.

We seek hardworking, punctual team players with good hygiene, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Shifts including weekends and public holidays are involved; halal compliance and SOP adherence are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages according to company recipes and SOP.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Operate the POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage station, equipment, and store.
• Prepare ingredients and ensure sufficient stock for daily operations.
• Check ingredient quality, expiry dates, and proper storage.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and Halal requirements.
• Replenish stock and assist with stock counting when required.
• Work closely with team members during busy periods.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
