Qualifications

Candidates must possess at least SPM.
3–5 years of barista experience or in a similar role preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and handle food and beverages.
Comfortable working in a busy, sometimes noisy environment.

As a F&B Supervisor, you will support the Outlet Manager in ensuring production consistency, operational efficiency, and food quality across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Team Management

Oversee the daily operations and workflow of the F&B department within the store.
Assist in staff scheduling, manpower planning, onboarding, and training.
Ensure smooth coordination between front of house, kitchen, and store operations.
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and operational readiness of the department.
Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, receiving of goods, and stock replenishment.
Arrange and maintain grab-and-go displays to ensure product availability and presentation standards.
Support cost control initiatives, wastage management, and operational efficiency.
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other drinks according to company standards.
Prepare simple food items and support basic food preparation and cooking when required.
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards across all food and beverage offerings.
Operate café equipment safely and ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness.

Quality & Food Safety

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times.
Maintain proper food handling, storage, cleaning, and sanitation standards.
Conduct regular checks to ensure quality and freshness of products.

Customer Service

Deliver warm, attentive, and personalised customer service.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to a welcoming community environment.
Support the team in maintaining service standards during peak periods.

What are we looking for :
