Job summary

Aik Cheong Coffee Roaster Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Café Crew member to support daily café operations by delivering friendly service, preparing beverages to standard, and maintaining a welcoming, clean environment. You will develop specialty coffee knowledge while contributing positively to the overall customer experience.

You will assist with opening and closing, restock, and teamwork during busy periods, including weekends and public holidays, while upholding food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence

Deliver friendly, professional and personalized customer service. Understand customer needs, recommend beverages and retail coffee beans, answer product enquiries and ensure every guest leaves with a positive experience.

Beverage Preparation

Prepare espresso-based beverages, hand brewed coffee and other menu items according to company SOP. Maintain consistency, presentation, recipe accuracy and speed of service.

Daily Operations

Assist with opening and closing procedures, replenish stock, prepare ingredients, maintain workstation cleanliness and complete operational checklists.

Cleaning & Food Safety

Maintain excellent hygiene, clean all coffee equipment and comply with food safety and sanitation standards.

Inventory Support

Monitor stock levels and report shortages. Assist with receiving, organizing and storing deliveries.

Teamwork

Support colleagues during busy periods and participate in continuous coffee training.
