Job summary

Fresh Feast Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a friendly and motivated customer service/cafe-focused staff member to join our fast-paced outlet team.

You will handle orders, prepare beverages and food to company standards, and ensure high quality and presentation while maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area. We welcome fresh graduates and emphasize teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent is required.
• Experience in F&B, café, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Customer-oriented, friendly, and positive attitude.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to all customers.
• Take customer orders accurately through the POS system.
• Prepare beverages and food items according to company standards and recipes.
• Ensure all products are served with good quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, counter, equipment, and dining area.
• Handle cash, payments, and daily transactions accurately.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing stock and supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Support daily outlet operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Follow all company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
• Work closely with the Outlet Supervisor/Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
