Job summary

Shu Yi Tea Malaysia is seeking a frontline team member for a fast-paced beverage operation. No experience is required; training will be provided, and applicants must be Malaysian. The role emphasizes reliability, a positive attitude, and good communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages according to company recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Operate the cashier/Point of Sale (POS) system and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage station, equipment, and store.
• Prepare ingredients and ensure sufficient stock for daily operations.
• Check ingredient quality, expiry dates, and proper storage.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and Halal requirements.
• Replenish stock and assist with stock counting when required.
• Work closely with team members during busy periods.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
