Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage restaurant reservations, ensuring accurate booking details.
• Handle guest enquiries and special dining arrangements in a professional manner.
• Communicate and coordinate with restaurant teams to ensure smooth daily dining operations.
• Assist in managing dietary requirements and special events to enhance guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate reservation records, guest information and schedules.
• Monitor reservation activities to maximize capacity and efficiency.
• Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage department, including reports and records.
• Ensure interactions reflect Hilton's service standards and exceptional dining experiences.
• Promote restaurant outlets, dining promotions and events to boost engagement and revenue.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
