Job summary

Hilton Malaysia is seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Coordinator to help coordinate restaurant and banquet operations, assist with events, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will coordinate daily activities, manage timelines and liaise with teams to maintain service excellence.

You will liaise with chefs and service teams, monitor inventories, prepare schedules and invoices, and support staff training to uphold Hilton's service standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a sales or coordination role within hospitality.
• Excellent reading, writing and spoken English.
• Familiarity with CRM software to track guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquet events and room service.
• Assist in planning and organizing food & beverage events, meetings and functions.
• Liaise with chefs, service teams, suppliers and guests to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing of food, beverages and supplies.
• Prepare schedules, reports, invoices and other admin documentation.
• Coordinate staff training, communication and operational briefings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory and event bookings.
