• Maintain accurate reservation records, guest information and schedules.
• Monitor reservation activities to maximize capacity and efficiency.
• Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage department, including reports and records.
• Ensure interactions reflect Hilton's service standards and exceptional dining experiences.
• Promote restaurant outlets, dining promotions and events to boost engagement and revenue.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

• High school diploma or equivalent; proven experience in a similar role.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Coordinate and manage restaurant reservations, ensuring accurate booking details and proper allocation of dining arrangements.
• Handle guest enquiries, reservation requests and special dining arrangements in a professional and timely manner.
• Communicate and coordinate with restaurant teams and relevant departments to ensure smooth daily dining operations.
• Assist in managing special dining requests, celebrations, dietary requirements and other guest preferences.
• Maintain accurate reservation records, guest information and dining schedules.
• Monitor reservation activities, table availability and dining arrangements to maximise restaurant capacity and operational efficiency.
• Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage department, including reports, correspondence and reservation records.
• Ensure all guest interactions reflect the hotel's service standards and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Assist in promoting restaurant outlets, dining promotions and special events to enhance guest engagement and revenue opportunities.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
